What I Do

I find investors for companies who want to raise capital. I also find companies for investors who have capital to invest. I introduce investors and companies to close debt and equity transactions. Lastly, I coach individuals on how to do what I do.

Approach

In every transaction, there is a buyer and a seller. In regulated industries, such as real estate, professional licenses are needed to earn a commission. My approach is similar to real estate, so I help others get approved by state to earn commission.

Mission

In 2016, a new law in California created a new professional role in a high paying industry. I’m currently approved and regulated by DFPI for the new professional role. I’m on a mission to help others get approved to create new high paying jobs.

About Me

As CTO for a corporate & securities law firm in midtown Manhattan, NY which has taken 200+ companies public, I created compliant platforms to raise capital online. As a CA resident, I’ve been regulated by DFPI since 2020. My experience with law firm clients on securities prepared me for this new professional role.

For Companies

California corporations and LLC’s have additional funding sources when using securities laws to raise capital from investors. When an investor invests in a company, there is no credit cehck, no job needed, no debt-to-income (DTI) ratio, no tax returns needed, and more. Transactions are structured based on flexible terms and may include no payments until exit. Securities are not loans, even though RE investors use it.

Recent statistics show that 90% of all startups will be on the receiving end of a third-party patent claim at some point during their existence. For larger companies, it is not a question of “if,” but when. Patent risk mitigation is therefore a critical component of any business strategy. This includes removing potential liabilities that put a company at risk of infringing a third party’s intellectual property. The reality is that patent litigation is rampant and, in the U.S. alone, it costs up to $5M on average. As the former Director – Business Development for the leader in patents sold, funded programs are available to help companies navigate patent infringement risks, and capital available to help inventors monetize patents.

Intellectual Property (IP) Finance

Export-Import program: Exporters get $10K – $30M in 24-48 hours while Importers get 30-180 days to pay. This program currently has $1.2 Billion available to fund trade deals in seventy-four (74) countries. More than $20 Billion has been funded to date and companies do not need to raise capital from investors. If a company has been in business for at least 12 months and has annual sales to support its trading history, companies can access capital without having to give up any equity to investors. The transaction type is not a securities transaction, and is easier for companies to secure funding. The program is designed for smaller companeis to be able to sell to larger companies. Trade Finance

Real estate program for homeowners in 46 states. Get up to $500,000 with no payments and no interest for up to thirty (30) years. 500 minimum credit, no job needed, no debt-to-income (DTI) ratio, no monthly payments, no interest, and more. This program was created by a co-founder who is also a partner of a well known venture capital firm in Silicon Valley who has invested in over eight-hundred (800) companies and has billions in assets under management. This program was designed to help homeowners who have equity in their home, but may not qualify for traditional real estate loan products. This new hybrid approach to real estate finance has VC features which align with institutional investor capital. Use the capital for whatever.
