I’m on a mission to find investors and companies who align with the mission to help make mental healthcare accessible to all. To make this mission a reality, I’m helping introduce a medicine & therapy seeking FDA approval for mental health.
About
About Me
25+ years ago, I started my career in the mental health sector as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Crestwood. I did charting, and gave patients their medicine every day. Today, I work with a team of doctors, drug development companies, FDA registered pharmaceutical manufacturing companies, distributors, pharmacists, facility operators, and investors to develop critical infrastructure for the mental health sector. Integrating facility operations and supply chain for vertically integrated solutions.
I Find Investors
Investors that I know will buy the real estate, pay for the tenant improvements so the facility is compliant with regulations, and defer monthly payments for up to six months. Investors are aligned with the mission. The program is designed to help licensed individuals become facility operators by helping them secure facilities, and capital needed to qualify for state licensing. Payments start when reimbursements kick in.

Licensed, and want to get involved, but don’t want the CEO risk? No problem. Multiple options are available to align with your requirements. Some licensed facilities operate as non-profits, and others for profit. Some operate telehealth platforms. As an individual who is regulated by the Department of Financial Protection and Innovation (DFPI), I can legally participate directly in a range of securities transactions including equity. Some of the companies, and investors that I work with offer ownership of the company to key employees, and/or cash.
Are you a key employee?
Residential homeowners who turn their home into a licensed facility may be eligible for up to $500,000 with no payments and no interest for up to 30 years. Deferred payments program for individuals who do not have an LLC or Corporation. This program was designed by Venture Capitalists with the entrepreneur in mind, and features no job needed, no monthly payments, no debt-to-income ratio, 500 minimum credit, no interest rate, and more. This is not a securities transaction. Capital has already been raised from investors years ago, and the program has been used by over 10,000 homeowners in multiple states.
I find investors for Qualified Healthcare Providers (QHP’s) who apply for Investigator Initiated Trial’s (IIT’s), or Investigator Initiated Studies (IIS’s) with Clinical Trial Sponsors seeking FDA approval for BREAKTHROUGH therapies. One clinical trial sponsor filed a new drug application (NDA) with the FDA in 2023, and the new drug may be approved in 2024. If so, this will be a first of its kind. The Sponsor provides a space for learning and exploration of this innovative new field of study, and is designing a therapy training program. Therapists will need to be trained in accordance with the clinical trial protocol if approved.
